Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this Website or placing any orders on www.calieparese.com. We recommend you keep a copy of the Terms and Conditions for future reference.

Calie Parese is the trading name of Calie Parese Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under the registration number 11638167. Together with our Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions govern our relationship with you in relation to this Website and your purchase of Product(s) from the Website. If you are under the age of 16 years, you must let your parent or guardian know about Calie Parese’s Terms and Conditions before using any of this Website’s services. We reserve the right to only accept Orders from persons over the age of 18 years. By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. If you do not consent to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using this Website. Changes may be made to the Terms and Conditions, in the knowledge that Orders are governed by the version in force at the time that you place the Order.

Calie Parese tries to ensure that this Website’s content, which may change at any time and without notice, is accurate and complete. Calie Parese does not warrant that the functional aspects of this Website or the content will be error free or uninterrupted, or that this Website, Calie Parese’s content or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Calie Parese Limited reserves the right to alter, suspend or discontinue any part (or the whole of) this Website including, but not limited to, any products and/or services available. We also reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Eligibility criteria

In order to make purchases on this Website, you will be required to provide your Personal Details, including but not limited to, your name, telephone number, e-mail address and other information as requested. Furthermore, you will be required to provide Payment Details. In addition, Calie Parese reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of any Product being shipped to any one customer or postal address. By making an offer to purchase any Product you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and, where Calie Parese feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions. Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about how we use your data.


All Orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Sold out products will be available for Pre-order, provided the product has not been discontinued.

pricing policy

Prices shown on this Website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT. The Price of a Product displayed on this Website at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in the cases of patent error. If we discover an error in the price of any of the Products, we will contact you to resolve the situation. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect Confirmed Orders.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in British Pounds Sterling, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate applied by your card issuer to process the transaction.

acceptance of your order

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your Order. This email serves only as confirmation of receipt of your Order. Unless you cancel your Order, acceptance of your Order and completion of the Sale Contract between you and Calie Parese will be completed upon confirmation of dispatch of the Product(s). We reserve the right not to accept your Order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the Product ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the Eligibility Criteria set out within the Terms and Conditions. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from this Website for any reason whatsoever.


Where items are temporarily unavailable or Out of Stock, customers may pre-Order the Product.

Pre-orders are only considered valid on full payment of the Price. We will not process the Order until full payment has been received.

Delivery times on pre-ordered items vary across Products, according to demand and supply availability. We will endeavour to deliver the Product to you within the stated amount of time. Customers must accept that pre-ordered items will not be delivered within normal delivery times.


All payments must be made at the time of placing the order. They can be made by Paypal, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, or American Express. If we are unable to accept your Order for any reason then we will, at our option, either not debit your credit card or refund any money paid by you in respect of that Order. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. You confirm that you meet the Calie Parese terms of eligibility, you have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to Calie Parese, your applications are acceptable to Calie Parese and you, or the card owner, have authorised Calie Parese to process a charge or charges on the credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the Product which you purchase. We will not dispatch the Product(s) until we receive payment in full.

All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

delivery and insurance

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours after confirming your order. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

Title of the goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery at the delivery address given in the order. A delivery confirmation by the appointed courier shall be accepted by us as proof of delivery, at which point title and risk in the Product shall transfer to you. If you have specified a third party recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that confirmation of delivery by our appointed carrier to that third party is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Calie Parese.

In the event of a failed or refused delivery, our appointed courier shall return the Products(s) to us and we reserve the right to cancel the Order. We shall refund the cost of the Product(s) only to you.

Calie Parese is responsible for insuring each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. The Product(s) will be insured under an All Risks Policy. In the event that you require more comprehensive cover please contact our customer service team at info@calieparese.com.

For standard deliveries within the UK and Ireland, goods will be delivered to you free of charge. For deliveries within the European Union (“EU”) please contact our customer service team at info@calieparese.com. We do not currently offer International deliveries outside of the EU.

tracking your order

You can check the current status of your shipment by following the instructions on your dispatch email. You will be directed to the website of our appointed courier where you will be able to enter the tracking number provided to see your Order delivery status. Please wait four hours from receipt of your dispatch email before using the tracking tool.

your right to cancel

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (“ICACRs”), you have the right to cancel your Order with us provided you give us written notice within 14 working days of the date of dispatch.

To exercise this right you must email Calie Parese, at info@calieparese.com, a clear statement that you wish to cancel your Order together with your order number, your contact details and details of the Product(s) you wish to cancel.

You will need to return the Product to us by secure means, at your own cost within 14 days from the date of your cancellation. Proof that the goods have been dispatched must be sent to us, including the bill of lading/waybill and tracking number, where appropriate. Cancelled orders should be returned to 68 Hanover Road, London, NW10 3DR, with Calie Parese as the named consignee. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition with all original packaging. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the Product(s) and will be liable for damage to it/them until we receive them. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.

Calie Parese will issue you with a full refund including the shipping cost paid by you, within 14 working days of receiving the returned Product(s). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for the loss in value of any goods, except where such loss is attributable to damage caused by establishing the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Products returned must be in a saleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging and with all Calie Parese tags, dust covers and other packaging purchase items included. Items should be returned unused, and returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

We will make no refunds to a third party.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed, please allow 10 working days.

faulty goods

Products are faulty if they are received damaged or where there is a manufacturing fault. Products that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund i.e. the purchase price and delivery charges.


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this Website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Please also note that all Products are made out of natural materials, which by their very nature hold colour differently. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the Products will be identical to the product images on this Website.

intellectual property rights

This Website and all Intellectual Property Rights in it including but not limited to any Content are owned by us. Intellectual Property Rights means rights such as: copyright, trademarks, domain names, design rights, database rights, patents and all other intellectual property rights of any kind whether or not they are registered or unregistered. We reserve all of our rights in any intellectual property in connection with these Terms and Conditions. This means, for example, that we remain owners of them and free to use them as we see fit. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you any legal rights in the website other than as necessary to enable you to access this Website. You agree not to adjust, try to circumvent or delete any notices contained on this Website (including any intellectual property notices) and in particular any digital rights or other security technology embedded or contained within the website.

This Website may contain hyperlinks or references to third party websites. Any such hyperlinks or references are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over third party websites and accept no legal responsibility for any content, material or information contained in them. The display of any hyperlink and reference to any third party website does not mean that we endorse the third party's website, products or services. Your use of a third party site may be governed by the terms and conditions of that third party site.


You agree to indemnify us and our agents and officers, directors and employees, immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you or by any other person accessing this Website using your account and/or your Personal Information.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Products offered by Calie Parese. This does not affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer.

We will not be liable, in contract, tort, or otherwise out of or in connection with the Terms and Conditions for:

(a) any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings);

(b) any loss of goodwill or reputation;

(c) any loss or damage arising from pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations); or

(d) any special or indirect losses arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our agents or employees.

You acknowledge and agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Calie Parese as a result of the Terms and Conditions or your use of this Website. You agree that you may not and will not hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of Calie Parese, and we shall not be liable for any representation, act, or omission on your part.

no waiver

No concession, indulgence or additional benefit which Calie Parese may at any time grant to the Consumer, shall be deemed to constitute a novation or an amendment to this agreement or a waiver of the rights of Calie Parese, unless such novation or amendment is reduced to writing and signed by both parties.
