We hope you will be satisfied with any product purchased from Calie Parese, but if for any reason you wish to make a return you have 14 days from receiving the Product to do so.

To return your product, please send an email info@calieparese.com with the following details:

  • your full name

  • the order number

  • the details of the product you wish to return

  • the reason for returning it.

Our customer services team will then issue you with a returns reference number which must be clearly written on the outside of the package. No return is accepted without a reference number and unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

All returns must be sent to Calie Parese Limited, 68 Hanover Road, London, NW10 3DR.

We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded and insured delivery as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.

Products returned must be in a saleable condition and in all their original undamaged packaging, including all Calie Parese tags, dust bags, and care instructions. Incomplete, damaged, soiled or anything Calie Parese reasonably believes has been used will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the sender.

You will be notified by email as soon as your return has been received and processed - please allow 10 working days.

We will credit the full amount to the original purchaser’s payment card. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed by your bank. This varies greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this. Please retain your Shipping Note until you have received your refund.

We will make no refunds to a third party.
